STAREB’s 1st Official General Membership Meeting (GMM) took place on November 27, 2024, at Sevina Park, Arthaland Biñan City, Laguna, with Arthaland as the event sponsor. The meeting commenced with an invocation by Natasha Dumlao, followed by the National Anthem and the call to order by President Lui Alversado. Randall Peña led the MLS Fellowship, and President Alversado presented the Early Birds Awards to Lita Pabst, Natasha Dumlao, and Joseph Cabuhat. Jerome Blanco provided the Membership Updates, while birthday greetings were given to those celebrating birthdays in October, November, and December. Ms. Divine Tan shared the Legislation Updates, and Sonia Gregorio presented the Financial Updates. Ms. Valerie Geraldez, Broker Manager for Arthaland, highlighted the company’s ongoing projects. President Lui then introduced the guest speaker, Mitch Razote, who gave a talk on how to become a Rockstar Seller, emphasizing that Real Estate is a "Know You, Like You, Trust You" business. The Rockin in Black Award was presented to Mike Tan, and the event concluded with a closing prayer by Guada Gabriel.
